At this time, we do not offer shipping. Skincare and store purchases are prepared for in-spa pickup, and our team will contact you when your order is ready.

Yes. Certain treatments and bundles require a consultation to confirm candidacy and ensure the safest plan. If a consultation is required, your purchase is applied as credit toward your recommended treatment plan.

All online purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the original payment method (except where required by law). When cancellation timing allows, we may issue store credit instead.

If you cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled appointment/service/class (including consultations), you’ll receive full store credit. Cancellations made under 48 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of payment with no credit issued.

Store credit is non-transferable, may only be used by the original purchaser, and is valid for 12 months from the issue date. Credits are not redeemable for cash and may not apply to select promotions unless stated.

Membership benefits begin immediately and auto-renew monthly. To avoid the next month’s charge, memberships must be canceled at least 3 days before the renewal date. Once processed, membership charges are non-refundable.
